Turn loneliness into opportunity
Did you know I got into knitting ?!
On my bike and in my tent for 4 years, let's say that loneliness knows me. In these times of confinement, the CSEPR (Prescott-Russell region employment services center, here on Facebook) asked me a few tips to better tame our loneliness.
So in 4 steps, I give advice that I try to implement every day of my life.

The island of Montreal has nearly 1000 km of bike paths. Through large parks, over a few bridges and along the river and canals, I walked fifty.
