Happiness is in the wood

I improve my mountain biking technique by taking a course at the center Énergie CMB from Trois-Rivières!

Mountain biking is a cycling practice that has seen a real explosion of its followers in recent years. Although I have been practicing sport for almost 20 years, it was only a few weeks ago that I took my first class! In just one day, my jumping and turning skills improved a lot thanks to the advice of Anthony Marchand at Énergie CMB from Trois-Rivières.

In this video, we talk about tips and advice for enjoying the province's 2500 km of trails. I also talk about the evolution of sport and women's cycling with Liz Lacroix, and I am told by William, 8 years old, that I do not "ride well ben fast"!
