Asian route
It's official. After a year's break, I'm back on the road! But where ?!
I had left my bike at my friend Alex, still in Kuala Lumpur. I found it with joy. It's funny, it seems heavier to me than before ... Or maybe I'm just less fit ?!
It is surely a combination of the two, considering that I have additions to my equipment, notably a drone ... and a guitar! This patenting of instrument transport will certainly be the subject of a more detailed article given the time of reflection and construction that I put into it!
Finally, my heavy bike, guitar and I planned to head south out of Kuala Lumpur. Direction Singapore. From there I will take a cargo freighter across the China Sea to the island of Taiwan.
After getting around and in the high mountains of Taiwan, I plan to link mainland China using a ferry and drive to Qingdao to take another ferry to South Korea. History then repeats itself on a smaller scale as I will cross Korea and take a third ferry, this time to Japan.
The roads are, as usual, far from being set in stone. Rather, it is a general idea that allows me to direct myself to the places where it is possible to cross the seas.

Next return to Canada
I really enjoyed talking to you about my book and my adventures during my last visit to Canada in May. So I plan to come back next time around mid-November, for a few weeks after Japan. Contact me if you are interested in having me at your school, your business, or any other room!
The Saguenay Fjord drew my bike to it and opened its arms to me on its banks, welcoming me for three days in the heart of its moving landscapes.
